For therapy enquiries a brief screening will be undertaken to ascertain an outline of what you would like help with.

You will then be booked in for an initial one hour consultation with your allocated clinician either Dr Wilson or another member of the clinical team.

At this appointment we will ask you more about the problems you are wanting support with and discuss an individual approach to suit you based on our clinical assessment and initial opinion. This is a collaborative process and we work together to find a helpful way forward. Initial consultation is charged at the same rate as a normal session but there is no commitment at the first session.

It’s important you can ask us questions and think about the fit for you. Feeling safe and comfortable with your therapist is an important first step regardless of the issue you are seeking help with.

Our registration process is simple and straightforward and you will be guided through this by our practice administrator.
